Termination is the word meaning laying off an employee from the job. It can be done via physically but nowadays it's a trending that CEO's of reputated companies call employees on video call and fires him from the job.

Coming back to the issue. To choose a good candidate fire hire the company goes through a very long process. So that the best candidate will work for the company. But due to various reasons the HRs fires them in a vast amount.

To fire an employee the HR should provide various reasons and warnings before firing him. But in the recent years during the COVID-19 we see some CEO called his whole employees on a meeting on the zoom video call and instantly fired 900 employees. This laying off the employees on digitally is called virtual Termination. 

This shouldn't be done. As in the COVID-19 the world got locked down which make people financially unstable. So at this time if a person got fired so he may got several psychological damages. And he's family will suffer.

In the recent year some companies got very few revenue. That's why they fired so many employees. This shouldn't be done. Rather the higher authorities should work for less remuneration and give salary to the lower level employees. This makes them psychologically fit and motivate them to work even more than the usual. This will grow the company. Thank you.
