This is the state of a person when he's capable to earn using his skills, he continuously searches for a work but didn't get any. This is the time period when a person is able to work and have the tendency to earn but couldn't earn . This is the vacancy period. Hence it's called the Unemployment period.
Reasons
Nowadays people wants short cut ways to earn money rather engaging in a employment. Some people wants to earn money but they have no skills for work so they prefer to be a beggar. They make it as their profession.
When a employer hires so many persons for a little work where very less workers are needed. So the extra remaining workers who are unnecessarily hired are called disguised unemployment.
Also there is a reason that nowadays the machines are taking over the jobs of the human beings. This is the technological advancements. But it negatively impacts on the human employment.
Methods to avoid
To avoid such employment issues we should create jobs for better employment. This would help them to bring food at least 3times a day. We have a proverb to promote that Machines have Chips but Humans have Heart . This can decrease the unemployment rate through out the world.
